Miss me yet?

24 Jun

This is shamelessly stolen from Rush Limbaugh.

He was taking to task those billboards that are appearing across the country.

Say what you will, but George Bush was a leader and although there are some disagreements about some of his big government policy initiatives or his decision to go into Iraq, he was at least a leader who tried to do what he could for the betterment of the country.

The real joke, as Rush points out, is that President Obama is so awful, so inept, so partisan, and so corrupt that we are now nostalgic for the most incompetent President in our lifetimes.

The sign should really look like this…

Under President Bush unemployment never got over 6.7%. I think about 10% of the workforce that is unemployed misses him real bad and Bush never had annual budget deficits measured in trillions.

It is quite an accomplishment for Obama to be worse than Carter, but then sooner or later someone was bound to do it.

There actually is a Jimmy Carter “Miss Me Yet” sign in Texas off of I-45, around Corsicana or thereabouts.
